This is an example of the introduction of a "Digital Simple Relay System" in the building maintenance industry. Due to various obstacles within the building, there are dead zones scattered throughout, making communication between devices difficult across the entire building. With IP radio, communication became unstable when the lines were congested. By installing a relay device, we were able to cover communication areas that were previously unreachable with standard simple radios. We established a communication system that is less affected by line congestion during emergencies.
